About the Class

Join us for our Weekly Group Run on Sundays at 9am at rotation locations. These supportive and energizing sessions are part of our 5K/10K Training Program! Whether you're a beginner building up to your first race or an experienced runner aiming for a new personal best, this weekly run is designed to help you stay motivated, accountable, and on track with your training goals. When: Sundays, 9am (August 3 - September 21, 2025) Where: Rotating Locations Pace: All paces welcome, including run, walk, or walk/run Distance: Based on the week’s training plan (typically 1-5 miles), always welcome to turn back earlier than planned route to fit your own distance needs Each session includes: A group warm-up Running tips from experienced coaches or mentors Friendly encouragement from fellow runners Optional post-run stretching or social time Bring your running shoes, water, and a great attitude – we’ll handle the rest! Let’s train, improve, and have fun together. These runs are complimentary for members of our 5k/10k training program. All other participants can use their Haumea membership, class passes, or drop-in rate to participate.
