Sacred Feminine Flow

About the Class

Sacred Feminine Flow is a heart opening homecoming to the inner feminine. Through sacred movements of yoga, ecstatic dance, and practices of chi gong, breathwork, sound alchemy (chanting/singing) and rest we are invited to go deeper within.  This style of yoga awakens the sacred feminine by connecting us to our higher self, exploring facets of self-expression, ranging in sensual and primal to energetic and self-loving. This is a transformative practice that cultivates healing and opening to receive your whole self. We will explore ways to tap into the sacred feminine through the energies of the goddess, priestess, elements, flower spirits, sacred geometry and more. Essentially this is a form of bhakti and tantric yoga that captures the essence of Dehattaya, meaning, “truth of the body”.
