Al's yoga journey began in 2008. From the very first time that he stepped on to his mat he knew he was hooked. After a few years of practicing daily, thoughts of furthering his knowledge of yoga began to take hold. In 2014, Al completed his YTT 200 at Yoga One in Cedarburg WI. While his original intent of completing a YTT was to simply deepen his practice it became apparent by the end of his training that the desire to lead classes had grown. After teaching yoga at several studios in and around the Madison area and attaining 1000 hours of teaching (E-RYT 200), Al and his wife, Jessica Noche, founded Kramas Yoga School in 2017, helping to guide students on their own yogic path. Aside from yoga, Al's interests include running, biking, traveling, calligraphy and music.
