BOGO Two Week Trial

This is the best way to start your journey onto the mat.  With your private session, you can discuss fears, limitations, past experiences, or anything that has kept you from coming onto the mat.  You will work on shapes and their variations, different types of classes, and ways to support yourself through your journey.  Become a pro in 30 minutes!

Beginner Intro Month w/ One-on-One

Try out our classes for two weeks!  You will receive unlimited classes for two weeks to try us out and see if we are a good fit. Your trial activates on your first visit.
