This class will help you lean into your practice and take what you need. Whether you’d like to practice full-force and challenge yourself or modify and ground yourself after a long day, you’re welcome to do so during Flow. In this class, we breathe, make shapes, move, sit in stillness, and practice mindfulness through a combination of balance, stabilization, core work, and meditation. Be brave and bring your laughter or your tears - we always invite you to come as you are. (95 degrees)
*A yoga mat is required. Twisted Grit offers the use of their mats for a suggested donation of $1 to the Twisted Grit Foundation. Click the link below or cash is accepted at the register. DONATE ****NO shows will be charged $5 to donate to the Twisted Grit Yoga Foundation. To avoid being charged for your class, you must cancel 1 hour before the class starts. You will lose the class for a late cancellation. *Please bring a sweat towel, water and wear moisture-wicking clothes that are not baggy for optimum comfort. *You must have a doctor's permission if you are pregnant, under 18 years of age, or have any medical conditions that could be affected in the heat. *Class may reach temperatures about or around 95 degrees *Children CANNOT be left unattended in the lobby during classes. *A general wellness of being able to get up and down off the floor is recommended.
