About the Class

Join us for a unique class designed to cultivate both strength and balance through mindful movement. In this class, we will gradually transition into powerful poses that challenge your body, enhance your stability, and build muscular endurance. The class is open to all levels—no prior flexibility or strength is required. You will build strength slowly, focusing on breath and power! The class will be held at 95 degrees and will follow the flow of a yoga class, incorporating additional poses for strength, endurance, and balance.

Special Instructions

*A yoga mat is required. Twisted Grit offers the use of their mats for a suggested donation of $1 to the Twisted Grit Foundation.  Click the link below or cash is accepted at the register. DONATE ****NO shows will be charged $5 to donate to the Twisted Grit Yoga Foundation. To avoid being charged for your class, you must cancel 1 hour before the class starts. You will lose the class for a late cancellation. *Please bring a sweat towel, water and wear moisture-wicking clothes that are not baggy for optimum comfort. *You must have a doctor's permission if you are pregnant, under 18 years of age, or have any medical conditions that could be affected in the heat. *Class may reach temperatures about or around 95 degrees *Children CANNOT be left unattended in the lobby during classes. *A general wellness of being able to get up and down off the floor is recommended.  Please email us if you need other accommodations.   *No cell phones or watches are allowed in the studio Please let us know if there are any questions.  info@twistedgrigyoga.com
