POSH® Cycling and Fitness is the first Official Spinning
Facility and fitness studio in College Park, MD and Prince George’s
County. We are also the 2019 Business of the Year Award recipients
for the City of College Park! Posh offers new and exciting classes
like Spinning®, Yoga, Boxing, Zumba®, Pilates, Kettlebell, Bounce,
Strong 30, Kickboxing, Belly Dancing, Virtual classes, and much
more! All of our classes are taught by seasoned certified fitness
instructors.
Our mission is to provide the residents, students, and employees
of College Park and our neighboring cities, with a safe, clean,
fun, friendly, intimate environment to nurture togetherness and
wellness, while working to maintain and meet everyone’s fitness,
health, and athletic goals.
POSH® Cycling and Fitness is committed to supporting a healthy
lifestyle, and is available to all customers, regardless of age,
gender, fitness level or fitness experience. We have classes for
kids and seniors too! We are excited to serve the fitness needs of
our community, and we hope that us being here will attract more
businesses to the Hollywood commercial district.
