3 Group Pilates Classes for New Clients

Initial Private Consultation – In-Studio or Online (w/Certified Practitioner)
A one-hour Personal Consultation with Movement, in which your Instructor will review your needs and goals with you, provide you with a fitness assessment, acquaint you with mat and equipment workouts, and make recommendations as to the most appropriate way for you to proceed. Senior Level Instructors are $85 and Director Level instructors are $95 for an Initial Consultation.

3 One-On-One Private Pilates Sessions – In-Studio or Online (w/Certified Practitioner)
Since these are all one-on-one sessions, your trainer's sole attention is on your needs and goals. These three sessions are a solid way to launch into your Pilates training.
