Meditation Studio

Originally Zen Fitness, the studio was established in 2009 by
Kate Connor to provide the Columbus area with the most reputable
source for mind-body fitness. Over the following 12 years, our
community has continued to evolve - in September 2021 the studio
was purchased by Brittany Huesman and The Zen Wellness Company was
born. We strive to offer motivating and effective workouts led by
knowledgeable instructors, as well as incorporate other aspects of
holistic health and wellness such as nutrition, hydration, stress
reduction, and sleep. 
Nourish | Move | Breathe - we believe these three words can be
applied and incorporate across all aspects of your life. Join us
for a group class or private session with us and nourish your body
with our holistic approach to health and fitness. Offering a
variety of group fitness classes and private sessions in yoga,
