Conveniently located on Argyle Forest Boulevard, at the
intersection of Cheswick Oak and Argyle Forest on the Westside of
Jacksonville. We chose this location to bring Yoga Den to you, to
serve the Orange Park, Argyle, Oakleaf, Middleburg and surrounding
areas. Yoga Den Oakleaf offers yoga classes, massage, reiki and
spiritual services seven days a week. The wellness center services
are offered through Hedge Life Metaphysical Wellness Center which
is located inside Yoga Den Oakleaf. 
Our goal is to foster an environment where you feel comfortable,
can grow personal and spiritual connections, and enjoy the many
benefits that yoga has to offer. We want to inspire and empower
you, all the while building a strong community within Yoga Den
Oakleaf. Yoga Den’s promise is to always foster a no-judgement
attitude, and we encourage you to connect with us in joining our
community! Whether you are looking into yoga for the physical,
mental, or spiritual benefits, we are excited to be a part of your
personal journey.
Our certified instructors will provide you with the assistance
you need, so if you are just starting out, need modifications, or
seasoned in yoga, we are here to help. Yoga Den instructors are
graduates of Yoga-Den’s nationally accredited 200-hour Teacher
Training Program, with many instructors having more than 500 hours
of certification. All Yoga Den teachers follow the same teaching
methodology, emphasizing safety, encouraging you to listen to your
body, and to learn the relaxing methodology behind yoga.
To compliment your yoga sessions, please be sure to also take
advantage of a relaxing massage, for a complete wellness
experience. It is our mission to provide a safe, nurturing, and
sacred space for all who enter our studio to achieve greater
health, either through physical well-being, mental, emotional, or
spiritual.
