offer small classes that make a big difference. In this inclusive
space we strive to make yoga & fitness more accessible &
fun for all by providing a variety of class styles, workshops &
special events.

one for traditional yoga? Our functional fitness sessions add a
less intimidating option with an easy to follow format that
utilizes the same training principles.
