I took my first Aerial Strength & Condition class this week. Good, friendly instructor. Great workout. Definitely will be back for more classes.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat and the swing. Yoga inspires me to live each moment in the present.
I completed my 150 hour Vinyasa training and my 250 hour Aerial Yoga Certification. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
