Jenn's Pilates class was recommended to me by my massage therapist, Julia Keller to help improve my core strength in order to ease back pain. I'll admit, it was a bit tough, but I haven't exercised in a while and Jenn said I did well (I was surprised!). I actually signed up for a private class with Jenn to really drill down on the areas I need improvement and to fine tune my posture and poses.
I feel that most people are first called to yoga for the
challenge of the physical practice, at least that is how my home
practice started after I gave birth to my son 18 years ago . It
took me years to gain the courage to actually attend a studio
class. From that point on my passion for the practice has grown in
ways I never could have dreamed of . As a lover of fitness and
helping others feel their best I became a certified personal
trainer in 2012 and also began my first yoga teacher training that
same year. By encouraging students to trust their hearts and listen
to their bodies I continue to learn with every class I teach . I am
also a level 2 Reiki practitioner . When I’m not teaching I love
spending time with my son and 2 fur babies .
