Good Karma Studio
Krysten first started practicing yoga in 2016, just weeks before she took a six month solo soul-searching trip across the USA. Discovering yoga in studios all over the country opened her eyes to yoga’s versatility and ability to be practiced by any individual. A year into her yoga journey, she discovered Aerial yoga. This niche of yoga spoke to her in a way she’d never experienced before. While mat yoga provided grounding and centering, aerial provided freedom, laughter, creativity, and play, which her soul desperately craved. Krysten has struggled with depression on and off since a young age and aerial yoga has helped her find joy in difficult moments of her life. She graduated her 200-hour Bhakti yoga training in 2019 from Jai Yoga School and received her aerial certification at Good Karma Studio in 2020. She loves sharing the joy that aerial yoga has brought to her with others and the sense of sangha (community) that yoga has created in her life.
