I took my first Aerial Strength & Condition class this week. Good, friendly instructor. Great workout. Definitely will be back for more classes.
Kelly Rymer is a CirqFit certified instructor. She has been a part of the aerial arts scene for the past six years, with a primary focus on both Lyra and Pole. Kelly also has a strong background in instructing and performing Belly Dance which helps to establish grace in the hoop!
