Jessica was the first to bring Aerial yoga into the Capital District, and if you haven’t taken one of her classes, you absolutely must!
Kelly Rymer is a CirqFit certified instructor. She has been a
part of the aerial arts scene for the past six years, with a
primary focus on both Lyra and Pole. Kelly also has a strong
background in instructing and performing Belly Dance which helps to
establish grace in the hoop!
