Martial arts Fitness Gym ,you will learn the fundamentals of
boxing
and kickboxing along with strength and condition
training. 
Kids classes in two age groups 
Adults include all levels ,also we provide only women
classes.
beginner to Advance, we coached many successful trainers and
champions. 
pregnant women and injured people.
no Contact classes but train like a fighters,
suit for Multi-sports preparation, also perfect covering for
professional Multi-sports. 
includ sparring/fight classes.
we are affiliated with Boxing Ontario and WAKO Canada.
all depends on your journey.
