The experience at 3f is second to none. My son has been wrestling with 3F for the last 3 years and has grown mentally and psychically by leaps and bounds each year. The coaches are excellent at teaching the correct technique and body position to help youth wrestlers understand and enjoy the sport. Within the teaching foundation, character, responsibility, and excellence are emphasized so there is benefit beyond the sport itself. For an individually based sport such as wrestling, everyone learns there is still a team within. This fosters an overall great culture. We have been extremely happy to be a part of 3F, and recommend anyone being a part of the team.

Wrestling is a full time wrestling training facility
in Austin, TX.  We have a systematic approach to helping our
athletes achieve their goals, through a strong focus on technique,
that will lead to success at any level of their sport.  Our
staff of high level instructors are committed and passionate about
not only teaching our athletes the skills they need to reach their
goals, but valuable life skills needed to lead a successful
lifestyle.

program is to help students build a strong work ethic, character,
self-confidence, and discipline to prepare them to be able to
handle all of life's challenges.  Through an expected
standard, we want to help develop future leaders of
tomorrow.
TRAINING
PHILOSOPHY
3F Wrestling is a comprehensive program designed to get
the most out of each individual wrestler. We have discovered
through years of studying the sport that nothing can replace hard
work, but it is not the only key to the formula of success. Without
proper technique, physical conditioning, and nutrition the majority
of work becomes wasted. ​
The programs are first constructed of advanced, high
percentage wrestling technique and proper fundamentals. The
coaching staff is always trying to correct slight mistakes in
technique that might normally go
unidentified. ​
Our program gives
wrestlers the ability to train with other wrestlers who share the
same common goal of being the best. We realize the best wrestlers
come in all shapes and sizes. Our programs give the coaching staff
the ability to work with each individual wrestler's different
needs.
