 “Lache,” is a french word, commonly used in parkour, that
means “to let go.” This is what we encourage. To Let go of excuses,
let go of guilt, let go of hate, let go of fear.
Lache will be Austin's Parkour and Acrobatic Studio. It is a
place to grow. It is a place to share. It is a place to express
creative, confident movement.
Our facility is geared towards Classes, series and seminars in
the following practices:
Parkour, Gymnastics, Obstacle Courses, Strength training, Aerial
Acrobatics,
Of course we are not limited to these practices. We will have a
variety of seminars and series that will be offered to fine tune
your practice.
