Just letting you know I broke my ankle in 2 places. I’m seeing an orthopedist and will likely be out for 6-10 weeks.

I tried a free class because I have a friend who spoke highly of UB. After the first class I was hooked. It’s a great full body workout for the entire session, and the boxing is really fun. Coach Sula is awesome. I’ve never boxed before and he always takes the time to explain things. The class participants are friendly and welcoming. Erika at the front desk is wonderful as well! I highly recommend this place.
