Urban Boxing Bethesda

I had a chance to try Muay Thai for the very first time last week at Urban Boxing. I had a lot of fun, the training was quite intense for me, coming from over a year just taking online fitness classes. My experience was good from the very beginning as I received a call from Erika who was very kind and took the time to listen to my concern and previous experience with similar type of classes. She recommended to arrive earlier so I could share with coach Nancy, who is absolutely fantastic, some of my concerns regarding my previous back/neck pain issues. I had a great time, but at this time it's not the activity for me, maybe later on, but for those who need a class to burn fat, have fun, learn self-defense (always helpful), and relieve stress, Urban Boxing is the place to go!

I attended my first morning workout and was really impressed with facility and the training.  Coach Sula runs a great program, phenomenal workout.

Excellent boxing for experts and novices alike. All instructors are extremely experienced and create very engaging classes.
