Tina Peratino is a retired professional natural figure, physique and bodybuilding competitor. As the owner and head coach of Center Stage Athletics, LLC, she now tends full-time to her team of natural athletes; providing individualized coaching through every aspect of competition prep, including everything from training and nutrition to posing and choreography.

Tina is also the author of What to Expect When You're Competing; a complete competition guide geared to provide the new or seasoned athlete with everything they need to know about the world of physique competition. She also presents the material in a number of seminars throughout the year.
