As the owner and head coach of Center Stage Athletics, LLC, she now tends full-time to her team of natural athletes; providing individualized coaching through every aspect of competition prep, including everything from training and nutrition to posing and choreography.Tina is also the author of What to Expect When You're Competing; a complete competition guide geared to provide the new or seasoned athlete with everything they need to know about the world of physique competition.
