Impact Boxing and Fitness opened its doors in 2003 and has
continued to grow a competitive and fitness boxing program in
Calgary, AB. Centrally located in downtown Calgary in the community
of Victoria Park, near East Village, the facility is owned and
operated by the Raposo Family. The 6000 square ft. location offers
a wide range of professional fitness equipment including a
full-sized boxing ring, weights, cardio machines, apparel, and
protective gear.
 
We offer exceptional fitness classes, technique boxing classes
from beginner to advanced, an amateur boxing competitive program,
children's classes an introduction to sparring and technique and
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We also offer private training, group training
for corporate or school groups, and cross training for other sports
such as MMA, hockey, soccer, football, rugby, and more. Impact
