Hi FlexFam!  I am a longtime fitness enthusiast with beginnings
 in ballet and dance.  A professional dancer for many years, I have decades
of cross-discipline movement training in yoga, bodybuilding, distance
running, CrossFit, hot Pilates, pole fitness and aerial arts.

From Chinese acrobatics to CrossFit or stand-up paddle boarding, I am
always wanting to physically challenge myself and learn new skills, and I
love to inspire others to work toward their true potential.

I hold a B.A. in English and a B.A. in philosophy, both from San Jose
State University.  I am a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher also
trained in Inferno Hot Pilates, Remedy barre fitness, and TRX.  I hold a current
group fitness certificate from the American Council on
Exercise, a designation of nutrition coach PN1 by Precision Nutrition, a designation of mobility specialist FRCms with Functional Range Conditioning, and am CPR/First Aid/AED certified from the American Heart
