Whether it be through coaching functional fitness classes, running specialty courses like Lite Start and Next Level with Coach Kayla or nutritional coaching through Every Body Nutrition. Besides training, I enjoy spin, yoga, hiking, biking, stand up paddleboarding, traveling and, of course, food! I help my husband with his motorcycle drag racing team during summer and I look forward to getting on downhill skis with my daughter in the winter.
