CrossFit L1 I went to my first functional fitness class in 2014 and after thinking “what was THAT???” I was instantly hooked. After a few years I took the leap of becoming certified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer so that I could help share my love of functional fitness and lifting. It’s inspiring to see clients learning new skills, finding new strength, and pushing beyond the boundaries that they’ve always believed they’ve had. You can find me in the gym pretty much every day, but when I’m not there you can find me behind a desk at my full time bill-paying gig or in the kitchen cooking or baking up something new and tasty! I also love movies, eating, hiking, travelling, reading, the occasional yoga class, and spending time with family and friends.
