Rachel Monahan has a strong passion for fitness and considers her various workouts the highlight of her day.  She loves trying new classes and finding ways to incorporate the latest methods into her exercise programs.  Her current interests include Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Weight Lifting, and Indoor Cycling.  Rachel has been a member of the Zen Wellness Company since 2013 and began teaching in 2017.  She holds certifications in Barre (2016), Tap n’ Pow{h}er (2017), Strength n’ Pow{h}er (2017), Schwinn Indoor Cycling (2016), and ACE Personal Training (2019). 

Growing up in Detroit, Rachel has been exposed to various music genres such as rock, hip hop and dance music.  She loves finding new music to use in her classes as well as including some oldies and throwbacks from the 80’s and 90’s.  Her intention is to find the music that will inspire people to work harder and get a great workout.  Rachel looks forward to helping people find the same passion for fitness she holds and assisting them to achieve their goals.
