I joined Taddas Fitness Center (TFC) in January 2023. A good friend asked if I wanted to participate in a Boot Camp with her and I'm so glad I said YES! After coming out of the pandemic and working from home it was becoming easier and easier to skip working out. During my annual physical, my doctor informed me that my A1C was borderline pre-diabetic. She said that if I didn't make some changes she may have to prescribe medication. That was all I needed to hear and I sprung into action. I joined a Boot Camp in Nov.-Dec. 2022 but it was 3 days a week and nutrition/meal plans was not really the focus. Not all Boot Camps are created equal and sometimes you get what you pay for... TFC is the REAL DEAL and focuses on the whole body and wellness. TFC Boot Camps are 5 days per week (for the full-time camp) and include three fitness tests (in the beginning, midpoint, and end), three 3D body scans, unlimited alkaline water, an "I Survived Boot Camp" t-shirt, meal plan, and a tracking log with ACCOUNTABILITY each day. This is HUGE if you are really serious about making a healthy lifestyle change and losing weight/body fat. I know I needed this and I have already begun seeing results. My A1C has dropped 5 points and I am no longer borderline pre-diabetic!! You will not get bored with the workouts and all fitness levels can participate. Tasha and her staff are professional and very supportive. TFC really is a "one-stop shop"; you can purchase protein shakes, smoothies, and teas onsite. They also offer IV therapy, B-12 shots (amongst others), vitamins, and more. I can't say enough good things about TFC...
