The History of EP Fitness Scott Kubitz, CEO EP Fitness Over 28 years ago, Scott Kubitz, owner and CEO of Flex Enterprises, turned a passion for bodybuilding into a health and fitness business. With drive and determination, he began with one small west side gym. Today, Scott owns nine local fitness facilities (5 EP Fitness, 3 Roca Fitness, and 1 EP Women’s Fitness) including a brand new 55,000 square foot EP Fitness mega-center on Lee Trevino.
