We’re a small boutique Fitness
Kickboxing studio, recently named “Best Fitness Facility in Federal
Way” by the readers of the Federal Way Mirror for 2019, 2020, 2021
& 2022. We are a non-combat studio, we get you in fighters'
shape, without the fight.
 
Our mission is to deliver you the
#BestHour of your day. We do that by providing a personal training
experience in each and every class. Our amazing instructor team
will help you stay motivated and teach you the art of
kickboxing.
 
Our instructor-led fitness
kickboxing classes help you lose the weight you want while having
fun in our high-energy classes. In our studios, we offer 30 &
50-minute class programs that deliver a full-body workout by using
kickboxing combinations with a 220-pound bag. Most of our members
lose between 400 - 800 calories per class and experience amazing
results, losing fat and toning muscle.
 
We also broadcast 45-classes per
week on Zoom. In addition, we have over 60 videos on demand for our
