No words can do justice to Sally’s work and dedication. I had never been a committed person when it came to workouts until I started training with Sally, and suddenly I became a commited person 😂 You never get bored because Sally customizes different types of sessions every time: TRX, Pilates, high-intensity training, weightlifting, and more. And besides the workouts themselves, Sally is super flexible when it comes to rescheduling or if something suddenly pops up. Really the best decision I’ve made ❤️❤️❤️
