I’m really enjoying my workouts with Sally! I highly recommend training with her, especially if you’re pregnant like me she pushes you and encourages you within a healthy limit and a super nice to be around! Her studio is spotless and clean. Her energy is great and she modifies the workout based on your need and change the workout up so it’s not boring. I already feel a change in my body in less than 8 workouts! Thanks so much Sally :)

Sally Salama is a seasoned fitness professional with over 12 years
of experience within the fitness industry. Kicking off her fitness
career back in 2008 through her very own fitness facility dedicated
to women, fell in love with Pilates and Zumba where she pursued
teaching which ended up being a life-changing
experience.

Now she is licensed and certified in multiple formats and creating
a positive impact on hundreds of women through her classes every
day.

Sally is a former professional gymnast who grew into a fitness
enthusiast and advocate. Licensed to teach Zumba®, STRONG Nation,
bootybarre® and most recently Pop Pilates®. A striving Entrepreneur
who believes in people and their willpower.
