What better way to treat yourself to something healthy, fun, and new to you, than with a FREE WEEK of B Present Studio classes?! You got that right. For seven consecutive days, you're invited to hop into as many classes as you can. We offer a variety of class styles and encourage you to check out as many as you can. No class is off limits. Wondering if certain classes are better "1st classes" than others? At B Present Studio, we give alternate ways to do the moves, especially if we know someone is not jumping/has a bum elbow, is nursing an injury, etc. Let us know and we will ensure you get the class experience you need. 

NOTE: Most find having an exercise mat, water, and hand towel to be favorable for our classes. We have these available for a nominal fee, or, you're welcome to bring your own. We also use a blend of equipment that you can borrow on your 1st visit. After that, you can bring your own or purchase those from our boutique.  

EQUIPMENT USED: 2-3 lb weights, small ball, long resistance band, small circle resistance band, sliders
