My favorite place to be on the weekends! Everyone is so encouraging and my instructor Nessi has been great with me! Very very patient!

What is your most proud teaching or performing moment?
My most proud teaching moment happened when a client who I had been training for about 4 months finally had the courage to come to class wearing shorts. She faced her insecurities and finally saw the picture I had been trying to show her all along. She was beautiful in her skin and it’s time she learned how to embrace it!
What pole move(s) are your favorite?
My signature pole move would have to be an aerial deadlift. I can’t get enough of them lol
