What should I expect during a Private one-on-one session?
The first session is an assessment of Posture, Range of Motion
in the Joints, Faulty Biomechanics, Core Strength and Flexibility.
Bio-motor abilities - Coordination, Speed, Flexibility,
Agility, Balance and Gait are discussed in relation to the client
goals (what is priority to job or lifestyle).
Subsequent one-on-one sessions will monitor improvement and
advancement of movement progressions, stretching and strengthening
to holistically improve wellbeing. This may include Pilates,
Fascial Stretching, Brain Gym(R), Touch For Health techniques,
Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training.
All sessions include the take-a-way program to work on at
Sue also offers one hour Fascial Stretching on the table -
please wear comfortable stretchy Yoga/Pilates clothes.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all sessions,
