This is your first session with us here at Manic Training. This appointment consists of a brief intro session with your coach prior to your first workout, the workout itself, and a brief session afterwards to answer any questions you may have and to get to know a bit more about your wants, needs, goals, and ambitions, along with any concerns or questions you may need addressed personally. 

Manic First Workout & Intro Session

Manic Training is a high intensity interval training program
with a focus on “hybrid training.” This is real-world applicable
form, function, and paced workouts that work to increase your
overall work capacity. (Work Capacity = Strength + Endurance) With
uniquely variable workout formats and movements, this challenging
workout program is for those looking to better their athletic
selves in the realm of Obstacle Course Racing, trail running, ultra
running, mountain biking, backcountry skiing, rock climbing,
backpacking, etc.  
Each workout begins as an open-floor concept where we go through
a 10 minute warm up. Immediately after the warm up is a quick 3-4
minute setup and explanation, followed by a 40-45 minute relatively
nonstop main workout that'll push your body and mind
throughout.
