I love this gym. Every workout is a different challenge, and I'm never bored. We all support and encourage each other to be our best selves.

Manic Training is a high intensity interval training program
with a focus on “hybrid training.” This is real-world applicable
form, function, and paced workouts that work to increase your
overall work capacity. (Work Capacity = Strength + Endurance) With
uniquely variable workout formats and movements, this challenging
workout program is for those looking to better their athletic
selves in the realm of Obstacle Course Racing, trail running, ultra
running, mountain biking, backcountry skiing, rock climbing,
backpacking, etc.  
Each workout begins as an open-floor concept where we go through
a 10 minute warm up. Immediately after the warm up is a quick 3-4
minute setup and explanation, followed by a 40-45 minute relatively
nonstop main workout that'll push your body and mind
throughout.
