Totally love this gym, was looking for something to complement my running training and this definitely do the job. Victor is amazing, he helps with adjustments to accommodate my bad knees and he pushes you to challenge yourself with the weights… safely. I also appreciated that he pays attention to everyone, which is almost like having a personal coach.

The structure and timing of the classes with specific focus on different days all day, works for me. I’ll be joining after my trial period.
