Long winded review and I forgot to mention the fantastic, dedicated members whom motivate and encourage one another!

What’s not to like? (As long as you like results from hard work and specific instructions by experienced Coaches)
All of the Staff are friendly and helpful.
The Coaches are experienced, they teach / instruct, push, motivate and encourage. Beware they do not sugar coat anything. I have lost nearly 30lbs of fat (belly) and gained muscle mass and mobility in the year and eight months of activity at South Side Life Fit Gym included in this activity was my acceptance in Participating in a nutrition challenge and program that as Coach Fabian says “is where the magic happens”
Coach Adrian is steadfast always upbeat and in a positive mode. Ask him how he is at any given day and you will most likely get “ fantastic“
Coach Lucy and her permanent attachment Kenny are quite a team. Extremely fit and expect you to be no less and they make every effort to help you get there. Told Lucy once “ I can’t“ and her response was “ why not?“.
Coach Angel… Wow, me a patron / student has seen her grow and change physically and fit right before my eyes. Fangie an assistant Coach makes working out look easy and she watches us and instructs on how to use proper form as not to injure ourselves. We cannot forget the office girls Yadira and Valeria not only catering to us by taking our measurements, keeping the cooler stocked with energy drinks and water and making workout apparel and my zone apparatuses available, but they also attend regular workout sessions as well. Yadira loves the morning so be sure to remind her to smile. Coach Felix whom has moved to different opportunities was great (when he shows up) LOL
Just a bad joke. Remember it take 10 that a boys to make up for one Oops.
