Raquel has been teaching fitness and wellness for over 20 years.
I’ve studied various movement modalities such as: yoga, dance,
pilates, ballet and martial arts.
Yoga is a transformative experience of connecting movement and breath. Teaching is an uplifting privilege that continues to motivate and inspire me. Classes combine flowing postures with deep slow static stretches, breath work and concentrated core work to offer a complete and balanced class. My style is dynamic and instructional, with attention to core-strength and postural alignment.
