This was our 1st Pilates class and we loved it!!
Ms Robin took her time with the instructions and made sure we understood. A very good instructor, we will can’t wait to attend the next one.
I took my first spin class in college when I was significantly
overweight and underexercised. The instructor made a point of
making an example out of me in class. Standing next to me mid class
and shouting at me for not trying hard enough or using enough
resistance. I walked out after 15 minutes and didn’t go back for 6
years.
In that time I had two babies and spent my days with them.
When they headed off to preschool I decided to take care of me and
wandered back into spin. I was 250 pounds and a size 18. I showed
up every day and did what I could. I fell in love pretty
quickly. Lost almost 100 pounds, got certified, and have been
teaching since.
I’m passionate about making sure everyone feels welcome. I
work hard to try and break down the intimidation. But also, more
than anything, love to coach a challenging and rewarding class for
every level of rider. I am a firm believer in giving your
100% effort but knowing that everyone’s 100% looks
different.
I have been teaching since September and riding for four
years. My passion is in finding your limit and pushing it back a
little each time. I lean towards a preference for climbs but
believe in the importance of variety. There is nothing I love
more than helping new riders find their passion for spin and
helping experienced riders push themselves to new
places.
