Combining Personal Fitness Training, Yoga and Outdoor Pursuits you will get a little bit of everything working with Christina.
Starting with Personal Training back in 1988 while studying at UVic in Human Performance & Nutritional Biochemistry, Christina worked with clients as a way to keep people accountable, safe and consistent.
Christina can relate to those with injuries. She found that Yoga and Strengthening was the best tool to heal her body and prevent further injury after recovering from two car accidents. Christina is not only a certified personal trainer but a certified corrective exercise specialist, and yoga instructor.
She loves hiking the trails with her dog Ninja as her best stress reduction ever. A natural healthy eater, she keeps things simple, but you should also know that it may be her that ate the last of the ice-cream!
She believes Yoga and Strength Training is for everyone and everybody and teaches to all age ranges, all levels and in a variety of styles.
Christina believes a combination of Fitness & Strength paired with Yoga will keep us all living a Vibrant life, she plans to keep teaching and training well into her 90's.
