I joined with the $99 unlimited first month and have continued on with the Founder's 3-month deal because I really enjoy these classes. I have attended roughly four classes per week since I started in mid-March and I am really noticing improvements in my strength. I love that I never feel "bored." The instructors always have interesting routines and I don't think I've ever repeated one. I always strive for the challenges they give and appreciate the options provided on how to do so. I am a taller woman, so I very much appreciate the instructors who notice and help me with modifications of the reformer to accommodate my extra length. Specifically, Hannah and Bridget are really good about noticing and making those adjustments in my experience (recognizing when it would be good to lower the foot bar, adjusting the box placement, etc.). I love Lake Forest Neaumix Fit.
