I’m writing this review following a wonderful first class (Pilates Flow) with Victoria.   is not enough to show my gratitude and excitement for this new opportunity to enjoy pursuing my fitness goals with such a warm group of people with beautiful energy.  Since Pilates Flow, I have also done Yoga/Pilates/HIIT with Vicky and I loved it as well.

I felt welcomed and at home in this beautiful space from the moment I walked in.  Having signed up for an unlimited two-week pass, I am looking forward to exploring all the different classes here.  

Can’t say enough about my experience so far, and I’m really looking forward to continuing my mental and physical gains in this oasis!  Every attention to detail has been thoughtfully taken care of so you can enjoy your class to the fullest, truly making it ALL ABOUT YOU .

April has always enjoyed being challenged both physically and mentally. Her career as a “Health and Wellness Coach,” combined with a strong thirst for knowledge has pushed her to continually educate, equipping her with a wide variety of cutting edge training methodologies, all of which she passionately shares with her personal training clientele.
As fitness techniques rapidly evolve she varies her training techniques based on her client’s personal wants & needs.
April finds fulfillment in helping others progress towards their numerous and always changing Health and Fitness goals.
If you are looking to strengthen your weaknesses, maximize your strengths, and push beyond what you thought you were capable of all while having fun – she is the Health & Wellness Coach for you!
With more than 15 years of experience working with all ages and abilities, she also plays completive hard-court & beach volleyball, is an accomplished competitive dancer and former track athlete specializing in sprints, pole vault and triple jump.

Philosophy: When it comes to fitness, she believes you get out of it what you put into it; your body will treat you the way you treat it.
