April has always enjoyed being
challenged both physically and mentally. Her career as a “Health
and Wellness Coach,” combined with a strong thirst for knowledge
has pushed her to continually educate, equipping her with a wide
variety of cutting edge training methodologies, all of which she
passionately shares with her personal training
clientele.
As fitness techniques rapidly
evolve she varies her training techniques based on her client’s
personal wants & needs.
April finds fulfillment in

With more than 15 years of
experience working with all ages and abilities, she also plays
completive hard-court & beach volleyball, is an accomplished
competitive dancer and former track athlete specializing in
sprints, pole vault and triple jump.
Philosophy: When it
comes to fitness, she believes you get out of it what you put into
it; your body will treat you the way you treat it.
