I’m writing this review following a wonderful first class (Pilates Flow) with Victoria.   is not enough to show my gratitude and excitement for this new opportunity to enjoy pursuing my fitness goals with such a warm group of people with beautiful energy.  Since Pilates Flow, I have also done Yoga/Pilates/HIIT with Vicky and I loved it as well.

I felt welcomed and at home in this beautiful space from the moment I walked in.  Having signed up for an unlimited two-week pass, I am looking forward to exploring all the different classes here.  

Can’t say enough about my experience so far, and I’m really looking forward to continuing my mental and physical gains in this oasis!  Every attention to detail has been thoughtfully taken care of so you can enjoy your class to the fullest, truly making it ALL ABOUT YOU .

“Never believe a prediction that doesn’t empower you.”

Known to always have a smile on her face and to laugh at her own jokes, Kate promises to make sure that you leave class feeling cheerful and ready to take on any day. Kate is a current UWO student completing her Master’s of Science on Spatial Epidemiology. Fitness has been a part of her life from a young age, with her first love being running. She competitively ran Cross Country from a young age and up into her undergrad at UWaterloo. Kate is a Schwinn Certified Cycle instructor and a MetafIt certfied trainer. “Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony” and she believes that sweating is one of the best ways to find that very mind-body wellness.
