I met with Nicole for a consultation today; she was super sweet and understanding even though I was self-conscious about going back to the gym! Now I am really looking forward to working towards my fitness goals :)
Jody Core Douglas is a Pilates Educator who earned her primary comprehensive certification with Stott Pilates at the Toronto training centre. She also studied Kinesiology at Ryerson University during that time. She began teaching in her own studio Innercore Conditioning in Stratford ON in 2004 and has passionately pursued certifications in Pilates, yoga, rehabilitation, Total Barre, TRX and personal training. In addition to working with clients, Jody keeps up to date with continuing education courses to keep her classes innovative and fun! Her students benefit from her high energy, variety, and her eye for proper alignment. Jody has experience teaching mat work, reformer (all Levels), Cadillac, chair, Barrels, ISP, Zenga, Barre, Rehab matwork, rehab reformer, Pilates for golf, and TRX.

When she isn't teaching, you can find Jody running, road cycling, practicing yoga, travelling with her husband Norm, and spending time with her family. Jody has recently moved to the London area and is excited to join the Hi-Ignition family!
