In 2000, she earned her bachelor degree in Physical Therapy. And soon she found herself in need of a more global approach to her rehabilitation sessions. She then begin her journey into techniques that would prevents injuries & create maintenance of a healthy body.
She gained knowledge of techniques including Neuromuscular and Ayurvedic Massage, Neural mobilizations, Mulligan Method, Global Posture Reeducation, Musculoskeletal Osteopathic techniques, and of course, the Pilates Method. She is also Reiki I & II Certified as well as Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Clarissa brings sixteen plus years of body movement, corrective exercises and rehabilitation experience to Studio H Conditioning. Her clients always benefit from her knowledge of the human body, her love of physical and emotional awareness, and her vibrant & energetic personality.
