Temple Builders Fitness

I am a new member of the senior's class which I am loving. It has only been a couple weeks yet I am already experiencing a difference in how I feel. I love that there is no pressure  to try and "keep up" with others. This class is very low key yet very effective at the same time. I highly recommend this class for anyone that is experiencing a loss of strength, agility and balance.

We are really loving Temple Builders! My 6 year old started the kids classes last week, and he spent all weekend counting down the days/hours until it was time to go back. Coach Janice is very patient and amazing with him ( and the other kids that we have seen there). Highly recommend!

This is my tribe! We are building stronger, leaner, healthier bodies together! It’s awesome to be able to workout with my husband and grow together! The trainers are AMAZING!! The coach, educate, encourage and challenge us to be our best selves!! Come join us!!

I LOVE Temple Builders and everything they are about! I leave every class with more energy than I came in with. I personally love the intensity of the workouts that you get with each of the trainers. Its different each time!
It’s not just physical, but relational and spiritual!

Excellent Pilates mat class with Carmen. She explains the stretches and relates the muscles to the movement. I am 69 years old and feel I can keep up in the class. Feel so good afterward!

Great workout this morning with good friends.  Always a good time working out with my son - extra motivation. See ya'll next class.

I typically attend the Tues and Thurs 5 am class with Lance but I want to get more activity and tried this class with Kelly mainly because another member asked me too. I enjoyed the group and will make this class my priority from now on. Kelly and Lance are wonderful and really have helped me become a better person with their training.

Little Builders has been amazing for Logan! He is always excited to go and has such a good time. It’s been a great experience and challenge for him.  Can’t wait for the next round of classes!

I am so grateful for Temple Builders Fitness.  Kelly has been amazing. She challenges us and pushes us in each class, but with an encouraging spirit. I also appreciate that she focuses on our form to ensure we are not creating extra strain on our back. I love this group and the motivation an encouragement it provides!

I’m in the seniors class and Jennifer is truly a awesome trainer that cares about each one of our health needs.
She helps us by adjusting and adapting each workout that meets our Individual abilities.  She has a beautiful and wonderful attitude that’s keeps you motivated for a more healthy lifestyle.
