This introductory offer provides access to sign up for any class on the schedule at any of our two locations in Downtown Memphis for 2 weeks PLUS the Envision Core Membership for 2 weeks which provides access to the gym during it's open hours. (can be buzzed in at the Entrance or a key fob is an additional $10 deposit which will be returned once key fob returned at end of trial or you end up joining within 2 weeks after end of trial)

About Us
Downtown Yoga Memphis is a boutique yoga studio in the
heart of the historic South Main district.  We host
numerous class types and private training experiences, from Vinyasa
Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative, and a blend of mat Pilates and
Myofascial Release Therapy.  Movement equals life and we
believe the yoga body is truly everybody. We all possess the power
to tap into unlimited potential.  Let our community of
embracing where you are provide the encouragement and guidance for
where you want to go.
About the Space
Clean, open and modern, Downtown Yoga is a large open
space with natural light and ambience.  We are not a
heated studio - we believe in generating heat from one’s own core
through one’s practice.

Pilates and Fitness

Memphis and Downtown Yoga bookings.
