In my 20s I was overweight, had hypertension and was at risk for diabetes. A few family members were lost due to health issues and that was my motivation for change.
Within a year's time I lost 100lbs with diet and exercise, was no longer hypertensive and knew that I was never going back to the old lifestyle!
I now enjoy strength training with my expertise in powerlifting which focuses on the barbell squat, the bench press and deadlift.
My personal training goals are to ensure that your needs are met whether they are getting stronger, losing weight, maintaining health or becoming more efficient in a specific activity.
